How To Post On The Forum, Change Styles etc • MODX 6+ appending to a track

I own a MODX 6+ and am trying to use the Append function in a pattern I have created in the pattern sequencer. I cannot get it to work. The instructions for this function are on page 40 of the MODX supplemental manual and it seems pretty straightforward but when I execute the job then check the track I think I've appended to, it doesn't have the information from the source track. Anyone else had this problem? A related question is - does anyone know how to copy measures of a track and post it to the same track? That's really what I'm trying to do. I was using Append as a work around to try to do this.
