Can you connect a MIDI monitor and check what values the sustain pedal generates? The described effect can happen if the sustain pedal does not reach 127 when fully depressed.Got a new Montage M, but having these odd issues with the sustain pedal...on a few of the pianos, the sustain stops after around 3 seconds after I engage the sustain pedal....if I press the note (with no pedal applied) and hold it, it lasts for around 12 seconds.
There are at least two things that you can do for the performances where the undesired effect happens:
- Turn off of half-damper switch in the Amp EG section of all enabled elements.
- Increase the half-damper time to about 100 in the Amp EG section of all elements with half-damper switch enabled.
