Yamaha Montage and Montage M Forum • Re: Custom LFO on Montage

It is not clear to me what you are talking about. The pitch envelope is based on time, and all 5 stages respect time. If there is a specific question about the timing of pitch envelope, then I suggest to create a performance from scratch (based on Init Nornal AWM2), reproduce the issue with this performance, and share the performance here.
I'll try to explain better, the decay1 transition doesn't work well on the Montage pitch envelope, because it's simply ignoring the time parameter I specified. This is not the effect I want for the sound I'm trying to model. I need it to raise the pitch to the maximum value, and stay at that pitch for a good while, before dropping back down to the original pitch. I've attached a picture of the envelope setup and the sound that's coming out as a result (sorry for the poor file quality). You'll notice that I've set decay1 to 127 (the maximum time value), but when I play the sound, it's as if it were 0, because after reaching the maximum pitch peak (+127), it instantly starts to fade back to the original pitch at decay2.
I observed that decay2 seems to work normally.
Thanks.
