Either set up Poly AT exclusively for your Horns Part
or
Change the CAT Sensitivity, to prevent your left hand (Bass) triggering CAT for your right hand (Horns).
I don't own a Montage M, but I assume it is possible to alter the trigger sensitivity for CAT (and PAT). It is possible on my Hydrasynth Deluxe to do this.
Changing the sensitivity prevents accidental triggering. You do this by making it only respond to the most heavy or "intentional" pressure.
On my Hydrasynth, I set a short delay (Attack Time) on AT Trigger, such that my initial key stroke does not trigger AT, even though it might activate the sensor. So, it will only trigger if I put pressure on the keys AFTER I have hit them, and I am still holding them down.
The Delay/Attack Time needs only to be short 50-100ms from menory.
The sensitivity is changed so that it only triggers with a significant amount of intentional, conscious pressure.
