Hi, my name is Jole, and I'm having sort of a similar issue with connecting my Yamaha DGX-620 as a MIDI controller to my Omen laptop (not sure if the model of laptop is important, but just in case), and I wanted to ask for help. I installed the driver and it's the version that is compatible with Windows 11, the cable is 2-but, but when I connect the piano to my laptop, the connection keeps getting interrupted, as if I was pulling out the cable from the laptop every 2 secs and putting it in again. Also, my windows shows that there is no compatible driver for this device with error code 28, but i have installed the driver as per the manual instructions. Is there maybe something that I'm missing? I really appreciate any help you can provide!
