Yamaha PSR-SX Forum • Pre-loaded expansion packs

I bought 2 SX920s in the USA. I play professionally.
They come preloaded with 4 expansion packs:

Middle East
Latin America
Europe
Africa

There are some great Latin American styles on there, but I can't export them to add to my Expansion Pack Manager software.
Is there anyone from Yamaha here? Many would love to add expansion files AND keep these pre-installed packs.
