It's basically an organ sound, processed through two effects... a filter sweep, and a kind of repeat. So I decided to try to do it on my YC.
For the organ sound, I think the 8' and 4' and 2 2/3; drawbar fully out is a good starting point, with no drive/distortion and no Leslie or other amp sim.
For an auto filter sweep function, use the autowah effect, with the rate maybe around 9:00 and the depth around 3:00
Personally, I think it's better to hit each chord manually rather than to use a repeating attack effect, because then you don't have to worry about the drummer keeping time with your effect. Two more reasons to avoid it on the YC. One is that the effect to create that is the "Slicer," and for some reason when I tried it, no matter where I set it, it was either too slow or too fast. A second reason is that you can't use the slicer and the autowah on an organ sound simultaneously. You could get around that by using a non-organ sound (some KEYS A/B sounds in the "Others" section like accordion could kinda work), but you can't get around the tempo issue, as far as I could see.
