In case anyone else wants to comment, the guitar solo starts at 1:40.

The guitar during your performance sounds quite forward -- standing out in the mix. Assuming that the DAW is recording the full mix (i.e., what we are hearing in the video), you probably are hearing (strongly) the guitar over the other parts in the mix.

If the guitar is too loud in the outgoing mix, then you'll need to reduce the guitar level while recording.

Quite possibly, there is a psycho-acoustic thing going on. While playing you may not be as aware of the balance between instruments. When listening the mix as recorded, you may have more brain-cycles to be self-critical of the balance. Also, maybe a difference between hearing the mix in earphones vs. your monitors?
