Btw, someone at Yamaha USA *did* agree with you, @Sonic2000gr, so a few years ago they launched an actual website for people to put their suggestions there. Oh, hey, he's the head moderator: ideascale is his idea (Ben). Wasn't sure I could state his name, but since it's right *there* on the moderators section...

However, to call it chaotic would be putting it mildly. With dozens of ideas every day along the lines of "You should put the G2 sounds in a PSR" or you should

It's called ideascale, and AFAIK Yamaha's the only manufacturer with a public forum (but again, started by one staff at Yamaha USA, not Yamaha international) so after he wades through the mountains of comments, he still needs to forwarded anything useful back to Japan. I submitted my own comments there when it launched, have never heard back from that channel.

However, as a dealer, I just emailed specific employees at Yamaha Canada/USA and get a response immediately. But for obvious reasons, that's not available to the public. Just look at ideascale to see why... it's utter chaos.

But comparing an unofficial Roland website as 'offical product support' is the same as people who thought Yamaha read PSrtutorial or YamahaMusicians (they don't, and Roland doesn't ready Rolandclan, despite claims to the contrary on all 3).

So please don't misunderstand, you're not alone in thinking they *should*, or mistakenly thinking RolandClan was actually Roland or PSRTut was actually Yamaha... lots of people make that assumption. But please don't mistake a fan site for a corporate one; the only corporate one I can think of is ideascale, and it's chaotic.
