Yamaha Montage and Montage M Forum • E.S.P. and GM midi-files playback issues

Hi,

I'm having some issues playing GM files when using the E.S.P. VST plugin in Cubase.

I select the Init/GM performance in ESP and load a GM file in Cubase, but I can only hear the instruments on channel 1-8.
Channel 9-16 are quiet and I cannot find how to get the playback working on all 16 Midi channels. Anyone know how to activate all 16 midi channels?
