Yes, if it not as normal, it should be replaced or fixed...... but this is the first time I have heard of a Genos2 with key issues so hopefully it's a manufacturing fault and he gets a nice new shiny keyboard!!
The reality is that is mechanical parts, and as long as there are movements involved,
there will always be some "noice".
Even from church organs that costs zillions of money, it's loud sounds from pedals, keys and not
at least when push or draw the "buttons" to choose or select pipes.
Guitarists make sound when move fingers to swap chords, we can hear the blow when some play
flutes and so on, but if the sound of the instruments is loud enough, we don't notice it at all.
Think about it, at electronic instruments, some organ voices are made with keyclick noice, they
put bellow noise at electronic accordions, guitar sounds at keyboards get hand movement noice
and so on.
Why?
Probably to make the most natural soundpicture possible....
