Yes, you can change the volume of each four MP tracks separately:
1. Select desired MultiPad in main screen
2. By using MENU button, open Menu2: M.Pad Creator and then select MIDI Multi Pad Recording.
3. Select the track (1-4) on which you wish to change volume (let's say it's track 2)
4. Tap on StepEdit icon on the top of the display and the new window will open, showing the events of selected MP track
5. Tap Event Filter icon on the bottom of the display, select ALL icon (on bottom left) and then OK
6. Now the list will show all events and somewhere at the beginning, there will be a Volume line (see most right column)
7. The column left to the Volume, is volume value that you need to change according to your needs.
8. Press MultiPad 2 button on panel (because you're editing that track) and track will start playing by using new loudness of that track -press MultiPad STOP button on panel. If needed, set new Volume value and repeat Step8
9. Tap StepEdit icon on the top of the display again, to exit StepEdit.
10. If you wish to adjust volume for other MP tracks as well, repeat Step3-9
11. Tap Save icon on the top of the display, to save the complete MultiPad file with new volume settings.
It's a bit complicated, but it looks worse than it actually is.. Yeah, Yamaha forgot to implement MultiPad volume sliders in Mixer

P.S. I see you have SX920, so I moved this into PSR-SX section
