Several years ago this copyright issue came up on the PSR Tutorial Forum. If I remember correctly, I or someone else contacted Yamaha about it. Yamaha stated the if anyone had a hit record using an arranger preset style... no problem. They don't require permission and there is no royalty fee paid to Yamaha. Since that was several years ago, Yamaha policy may have changed, but I doubt it.
