Quick answer is no, but in fact someone out there *has* found a way to reverse engineer it (see Bogdan's original post on this viewtopic.php?t=21881)I downloaded a pack now, only to see it's in .cpf format. Is there any way to convert .cpf to .ppf?
Please note that while the A5000 contains the same expansion hardware (1gb) as the PSRrsx900, it's not the same sound library at all; the PSRA5000 and the PSRA3000 are both based on the PSRs770! With different pre-installed ME packs, of course, and with 1GB/509 mb of expansion ram, respectively.
But yes, it will take any ppf packs (and because those packs are actually based on PSRs750 as the baseline) all the Indian packs will work properly on s770 and later.
Anyway, if you look at the topic I posted for all expansions in 1 place (which I'll keep adding to, hopefully others, too!)

I list what packs are in which collections, and the sx720/sx920 packs were all posted in ppf (except the Brazil ones, which are currently CPF only), which means you can install them to the A5000
Before you protest (because i get this question a *lot*) "But the A5000 costs more, clearly they must use an SX900 or at least an SX700 base", just check for yourself if your A5000 has SeattleStrings/RealStrings (it does not) or any of the BoysChoir (originally from T4. It does not).
What it does have are 20 revo kits (Genos1 only had 10!), 5 of which are now preinstalled on sx920 and sx720. Note that the sx900 has *zero* revo kits! So yes they used a PSRs770 as the basis, but added a *lot* of new custom ME sounds, including really, really smooth and expressive Ouds!
