Hi Guys
Mary, being an avid collector is also a very generous sharer too so whenever she finds song styles (I only collect song styles) she will send them to me. What I tend to do is any new set of styles gets put onto a USB and "tested" out on the keyboard and the ones that I like are then taken back to the computer and stored on a second drive. Once that is done I delete the ones in my download folder to get the folder ready for the next wave of styles. Yes gig disks are the way to go! When I still played in a band we used to make up "set sheets" to handle each hour that we were playing and of course left a 10 minute break at the end too. That used to come roughly to 20 songs per hour based on 3 minutes a song or less so a collection of half a million styles (if you played for 4 hours) So with your 500K collection and IF you had the stamina to play 4 hours every day you would be lucky to plough thru 2400 styles a month ...Continue doing the math and we are talking years of usage!
However daunting as the figures are I still enjoy collecting styles!!!
