Once I loaded up the new packs I felt compelled to add something a little extra to the dashboard. :D

I spent some time wondering & working on a custom piano since we've had some piano posts lately.

Something no other arranger can do BTW. I took a Jazz piano, a Felt and a Grand and started layering using velocity affects & insert effects only on one voice be design (all had reverb to some degree which is selectable). The combinations are about anything you can imagine.

Then I added panning so for example, if I played softly I had a LEFT panned felt piano and if I played normally the Grand came in balanced L/R and if I hit the key harder a RIGHT panned Jazz piano would come in. Keep in mind I can adjust the velocity to also drop out the felt when playing hard or normally. Additionally, I added an insert effect to the jazz so I tried delay & others for some ambient texturing effects and there's tons of options.

So all this and guess what? I saved it as a single voice and I could create hundreds of piano variations including with EP or DX or acoustic mixed in.

Then I really got crazy and added a double copy of the same thing above in voice slot #2 just for fun. I could have also detuned parts if I wanted. If you like designing your custom voices in minutes, Event is all that.

In Event demo videos mostly the "see how great I play" ones you'll never hear about designing right hand voices so most people probably have no idea about it. The left hand is the future and the right hand is the past meaning it's a workstation. What good are thousands of right hand voices if I can't assemble them into custom voices of my own? It's brilliant but more importantly it's fun.
