Don't Get Me Started! • Yamaha isn't smart enough to auto-backup

So I know others don't have this issue, apparently it's only me but I use a lot of technology that auto-saves such as my engineering CAD work. It save all work progress every few minutes.

I have music gear that auto-saves & reloads all my work such as the Osmose shown below even after an OS update which is what that is showing.

I just have to argue that in 2024 and as advanced as gear is these days why are we still being told to save our work? We're paying Yamaha to save our work because it really isn't that difficult to do. This isn't the 1990s anymore where too many characters in a file name causes the system to crash or reject saving information.

Do we even have infinite undo/redo yet or maybe 10? Probably the real reason is Yamaha sucks at programming but still of their 50K employees can't they find someone good at programming? It's time to improve instead of still only giving warnings to save your work. It depends on our lifestyle and the routine of auto-saving as a more common everyday occurrence as it's less to think about too.

Modern tech should be having our backs and not making more work for us to do. I'm pretty sure Tony Stark never worried about saving his progress.
