I know I am late for this party, but it got me interested.
The question, as I see it, is not exactly what you can buy, but what will make sense to add to your collection.
You obviously covered well most of the usual suspects - Nord, Korg, Yamaha, Roland, they all are of a similar type of all-purpose keyboards.
What I don't see in your collection is a real "character" synth. Some have already mentioned Hydrasynth and Microfreak, I have and love both of them, but what I would like to suggest are two other synths:
Modal Cobalt - a really good-sounding VA synth with a huge palette of "algorithms" or Oscillator types, it will make you ditch the MiniNova
UNO Synth Pro (or PRO X as a module) - Amazingly sounding real analog synth, which I simply don't get why it's so unpopular, with exquisite analog drive effect, which you can also use to route external signals to!
You may even be able to get both of these under 1000$, and if you look on the used market you can even add a MicroFreak in the budget.
