The "Resident Intelligence" varies from board to board and manufacturer to manufacturer . . .I am a newbie to my Modx7+. I have what I believe is an easy question but not for me. I am trying to activate my expression pedal. I have it plugged into jack2 but I can't find where I am supposed to activate or assign it. I want simply to be able to control the overall output of the synth. Can someone please help me?
Likewise how do I activate the sustain foot switch?
I feel like a dummy but I've gone to the modx manual and it refers me to the data booklet which in turn returns me to the manual.

With Some, the pedal needs to be connected BEFORE power-on to be identified correctly.
If it is connected after power-on, it may not work - or work incorrectly . . . .
One supposes that if this is NOT mentioned in the Manual then it doesn't matter?
Just a thought . . .
