Yamaha Genos/Genos 2 Forum • Sound sustaining permantly

I have a Yamaha Genos. While playing every now and then, becoming more often, the notes playing will sustain permanently and to fix it you have to switch it off and back on. As you know it takes so long to switch on and off that the song you are meant to be playing you can't get back into it in time. Has anybody encounter this problem.

Please note that I do not have any pedal attached.
