So, here they are, now unboxed and (roughly) setup. My friend with his:

First impression is very good. Nice colors and the finish is very good too. I tuned them both, but didn't bother too much with intonation as we are using the factory strings and it's probably not worth the effort. Having said that, it looks the Sonic Blue one (my friends) is better adjusted than mine. But nothing major.
And yes, after the keyboard the guitar feels somewhat awkward in the hands! But it's fun.
Tomorrow is a bank holiday here, so it will be a good day to look into more adjustments as needed as well as starting with the music2me lessons (three months free subscription from thomann)
Oh, and plugged into the AD in of the Montage (via a DI box) gives amazing results.
