It depends on the use case. If I need to play on it, then I am looking for a high-quality key action. That means I prefer one of the old keyboards with Yamaha FS or Matsushita SK keybed. If I need it to enter notes into my laptop on the kitchen table, then I prefer a small USB-powered MIDI keyboard. Currently, I am using a MIDI controller with 32 full-size keys. However, that is inconveniently large for this purpose.
I have no use for an Arturia KeyLab 61. I assume the action is bad. And it is too large for a MIDI controller with a bad action.
