A way to determine if it's a USB stick problem would be to load the styles into the PSR-SX900 itself to the User Memory (4GB) section. Then see if the styles play okay on the keyboard. If they do then it's likely a USB stick problem. Make sure the USB sticks are formatted on the PSR-SX900. After that, you can try formatting a USB stick on your computer and try formatting in FAT32 format to see if that helps. Both of your USB sticks could be bad so you may want to try using some other USB stick(s) also. If that doesn't solve the problem you may have to reinstall the Operating System for the PSR-SX900.
