Dunno if you remember but I had the same issue on my Tyros 4 a while ago and you actually just need to transpose the song only NOT the Master or Keyboard so on the 4 I did this : go to Function/Controller/Keyboard/Panel and you can scroll down to Transpose assign and change it to just Song.
