I'm actually not sure how the sheet music differs for sax; is it because they're either Eb or Bb based? In which case do you read the sheet music in C for Bb?
In any case to keep things simple if you press direct access then tranpose + and if you change the transpose to song only, you can change the key of the displayed midi and its score without changing anything else...? But if you still want it to *sound* like the original version (original key), but show a different key (presumably 2 semitones higher?), then it gets a bit trickier. I just tried, no it's a *lot* trickier!
