I put a file at the start of each drive called them "111aaa" "111bbb" and "111ccc" Then in any playlist I create, I make a pencil note of which drive I put any relative files. A quick look at the contents shows one of the dummy files at the top when I am looking for materials that I have prepared (especially registrations or MP3s) that I might want to call up during a live performance.
