Today I received the iDefender+ from Amazon and it worked really well. I connected it between my Yamaha PSR-SX720 and the PC. This connection is only for the midi signal. The noise was reduced by 80-90%, but I could still hear it if I listen carefully on full volume through my headphones. I then use a 5V mobile charger and plugged it into the iDefender's side (which was suggested by some reviewers on Amazon) and that totally elimited all nosie. I am not sure why the extra power is needed since the PSR-SX720 are power by an external power source and not by USB. Anyway I feel really happy that it fixed my noise problem.
