The documented SysEx parameters are found in the MIDI Data Format section of the PLG150-DX Owner's Manual.
Out of curiosity; What version of the DX Simulator do you have?Also, what exact steps did you take to install and run it? I don't think I've ever tested it on Windows 11 myself, but I reckon it shouldn't be too different from Windows 7 or 10, where it does run.
When preparing to install these old Yamaha editors on Win7/10, I first activate both the Compatibility mode (Windows XP SP2/SP3) and the Run as administrator options on the Setup.exe installer file before running it. This has almost always worked for me. In some cases, the installed executable also needs admin privileges (but not Compatibility mode) in order to run properly, so I would try that too.
