Yamaha PSR-SX Forum • MIDI and Song both in SX720 USER area, what files go where?

I'm looking at the USER area of my SX720 in Musicsoft Downloader and I see MIDI and Song folders.
Usually the PSRs refer to midi files as songs, does anyone know what the difference between these two folders is? What each is for, what files go where?
