I have watched/listened the whole video and this VST is probably among the best three-four pianos VST's available. Why three-four? Because honestly, as a hobby musician, I'm simply unable to differentiate them. Maybe the difference is more noticeable when we're actually playing them (btw. I don't use VST's).
I personally think, that the biggest differences come from microphone(s) position(s) at recording samples and also depends on audio-engineer's work on samples afterward -and that's why the same piano can sound differently on two VST's.
