What is the kind of "lock"? Mechanically or software/sound.
Mechanically those keys are cheaply constructed. Happens that the plastic "noses" break. Perhaps they are blocking. Also those metal clamps (GHS) could get stuck. In the MODX there are "blocks" of keys, easily to exchange. Yes, take a look then. Hint: if you have "electrician screwdrivers" (sharp PH) they function pretty well. Press them hard into and be very carefully loosing the screw!
If the keys come back, the cause can be the key contact board. Then also an inspection is helpful. Spareparts are available and not expensive.
If you are passioned piano player, you will have to live with the consequences of such a force-play. Happens. Especially when playing on soft or cheap keybeds (like the MODX). Me, an educated organ player, have a different technique and mostly don't use velocity (overrated feature). Unfortunately keyboard keybeds don't have the slightest quality of organ keybeds.
