As you will find soon you will be able to create an unlimited amount of MIDI/Instrument and Audio Tracks with Cubase Pro/Artist. in Cubase Elements / LE and AI there is a limit.
As Saul correctly mentioned somewhen you will hit also the limit of your computers performance.
