The EX5 presets are indeed presets and cannot be changed as they are held in the ROM

An S1V file is a dump of the 256 voices in INT memory (I1-1 to 128, and I2 1 to 128), so Renato must have done a manual save of every preset voice (P1 and P2 banks) into internal memory and saved the internal banks as an S1V file.
The names INT and PRE make perfect sense to me.
