Yamaha Montage and Montage M Forum • Backing up to USB? Why not my computer?

Hello. I'm a recent montage m8x owner, and this idea of backing up to USB sticks (many of which are not so reliable) seems antique to me. Is there a way to backup the entire synth directly over USB to a PC or Mac or do I just have to grab the USB stick and copy everything off of it each time?
